LUDHIANA: The 31st All India Postal Athletics & Cycling Tournament-2016 kicked off at
Guru Nanak Stadium
on Wednesday. As many as 182 participants of 12 teams from different states, and Army Postal Services will participate in 36 events.

Ritu Dinkar
of Rajasthan, SR Desai of Karnataka, and Hanha Baria of Gujarat took the first, second, and third spots respectively.
In long jump, Renu Bala of Odisha, G Lavanya of Tamil Nadu, and Manju Kumari of Rajasthan came first, second, and third respectively. In the 100-metre race for men, V Sanjay of Karnataka, Sajid NP of Kerala, and S Pandiyan of
Tamil Nadu came first, second, and third respectively. In the 100-metre race for women, Renu Bala of Odisha, G Navanya of Tamil Nadu, and Disha Patel of Gujarat came first, second, and third respectively.
