Miss College Ludhiana 2011 soon

LUDHIANA: Girls studying in city colleges would get a chance to be part of Miss College Ludhiana 2011. The beauty pageant covering 15 top colleges of the city would approach more than 40,000 college-goers and the finale will be held on February 10 at Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan, adjoining Mini Secretariat Ferozepur Road.
Project director Neha Jain said after a 15-day ground level activity during which forms would be distributed, 1,200 contestants would finally be invited.“Those interested can get registered and then by short-listed by a panel of experienced jury on the basis of talent, beauty and confidence. Of these, 60 girls will contest the final event”
Jain said grooming and training would be provided by Bollywood choreographers to enhance the participants’ skills.
Anjali, who is part of the organizing team, said, “Those who’ve been part of movies like ‘Taal’, ‘Dil Ashiqana Hai’ and ‘Mini Punjab’ will be the part of the event. Actor Jividha Sharma will also be present for the event.” She added that Pradeep of reality show fame would choreograph the event.
