Besides Chatarvir Singh, the police filed complaint against Harwinder Singh, alias Sunny, Parminder Singh, alias Raju Sardar - also residents of Sanjay Gandhi Colony - and their two unknown accomplices

The complainant, Rakesh Kumar, said: "I received a call from Harwinder Singh. He said some persons wanted to attack me and I must go to the party office in Sector 32. I went there. Harwinder was already there. We sat on his scooter and took me towards Bhamian area.

Harwinder stopped his scooter near an isolated area where Parminder and his aides were sitting in a car. Harwinder forced me to sit in the car. I noticed that Parminder got a call from Chatarvir, who directed them to thrash me. After that call, the accused started thrashing me, after which they escaped.

Additional deputy commissioner of Police-4 Prabhjot Singh Virk said, "Though a complaint was received, the police have not booked him yet. Allegations are being verified." AAP leader Chatarvir Singh was not available for a statement.
