LUDHIANA: If there ever was a day to enjoy the outdoors and soak in the romance of summer rain, it was Wednesday, when the city was cooler than Srinagar. After bearing three scorching and humid days, residents finally had the much-needed rendezvous with breezy weather and a drizzle as temperature fell by 9 degrees C. Grabbing the chance, many headed out to shop while some others chose a long drive over office work.
