Case hearing adjourned to July 6

Ludhiana: The court of judicial magistrate first class Harsimranjit Kaur, on Monday, fixed July 6 as the next date of hearing of the rape case, in which Lok Insaaf Party (LIP) chief Simarjeet Singh Bains is the main accused. Harish Rai Dhanda, counsel for the complainant, said, “The case is at the stage of recording of evidence of prosecution witnesses.”
