15-yr-old held for unnatural sex with 7-yr-old

Ludhiana: The police on Sunday arrested a 15-year-old boy for unnatural sex with a seven-year-old girl in his neighbourhood.
In his complaint, father of the girl said he and his wife worked at a factory and his daughter and her three-year-old brother stayed at home when they left for their workplace. On July 18, when his wife came home for lunch, she found her daughter crying and bleeding. “She could not speak even as my wife asked her the reason a number of times. On July 20, when my wife again asked her, she told that a neighbour’s boy barged into her room and performed unnatural sex with her. Before leaving, he threatened her against speaking about the incident,” he added.
Investigating officer ASI Kulwant Chand said the police have registered a case under sections 377 (unnatural offence) of the IPC and the POCSO Act. The accused was arrested on Sunday and has been sent to juvenile home, the ASI added.
