Woman raped, FIR after six months in Lucknow

LUCKNOW: Six months after she was gangraped, the survivor got the case registered in Gomtinagar Vistar police station area when she was threatened again by the accused, prompting her to report it to the police on Thursday.

The victim, in her complaint, said two miscreants, Ram Kumar Singh Rathod and Roshan Kumar Khatri stormed her flat on July 6, 2022. "They asked about my son who was not at the flat then. Both forced themselves on me one after one.

They also filmed the incident in the mobile phone. While leaving they showed me the video and threatened to make it viral," the victim said.

ADCP, East Zone, Syed Abbas Ali, said that an FIR under the charges of gangrape and criminal intimidation. TNN
