was shared extensively on social media on Tuesday after which he was booked and the outpost in charge was suspended. In the video, PRD jawan Raj Kumar is seen asking for money from driver of a tractor-trolley.


When the driver confronts him and asks with whose permission is he taking money and to whom he would gives it, Raj Kumar names sub-inspector Dubagga police post Amit Tiwari. The video was filmed by a passerby who posted it on social media on Tuesday.

Taking cognizance of the video, Lucknow SSP Kalanidhi Naithani suspended the in charge of Dubagga police outpost and ordered that an FIR to be registered against PRD jawan . An inquiry has also been ordered in the incident and it will be conducted by CO Mohanlalganj. Naithani said that an enquiry was ordered which showed that PRD jawan Raj Kumar deployed near Dubagga fruit market was told by S-I Amit Tiwari to extort money from truck and tractor-trolley drivers coming from districts like Hardoi and
