KANPUR: The Akhil Bharatiya Vaishya Ekta Parishad has still faith in former power minister of the state Naresh Agarwal. Leaders of the Parishad charged the Bharatiya Janata Party highcommand with levelling baseless charges of corruption against Agarwal.

he said that the members of the parishad would continue to support agarwal. in order to create awareness amongst community members, the vaishya parishad was taking out a 'chetana yatra' from july 22 and would reach the city on august 23, gupta said. he added that on the occasion of the arrival of the yatra in the city, the parishad would organise a function at phoolbagh grounds which would be addressed by leaders of various political parties including former power minister naresh agarwal, law minister of the state radheyshyam gupta, sale tax minister of the state baburam gupta and state chief of the congress shriprakash jaiswal.
