Uttar Pradesh: Suspected coronavirus case in Ballia

LUCKNOW: A suspected patient of coronavirus was reported from Ballia district on Thursday. He has been admitted to the isolation ward of Ballia district hospital.


The total number of suspected coronavirus patients hospitalised in the state so far has gone up to four. In a statement, director, communicable diseases, Dr Mithilesh Chaturvedi said 29 suspected cases of coronavirus had been reported in the state so far. "Reports of 13 patients are awaited while remaining have tested negative to confir- matory test ," she said.
