UPRERA action likely against 41 promoters
Lucknow: Authorities of UPRERA are mulling action against 41 promoters, including 16 whose projects are in Lucknow, for failing to attend review meetings and ignoring the orders by the real estate regulatory authority. Last week, a review meeting was called by UPRERA secretary Rajesh Kumar Tyagi to discuss lapses in projects and 51 promoters were ordered to attend, but only 10 showed up. “Promoters are constantly skipping review meetings and ignoring the orders of UPRERA,” Tyagi said. tnn
