and BJP state president who did a whirlwind tour of UP to ensure party's win in local body poll after the duo, said sources, were told to carry on with the party's campaigning in UP on their own since the central leadership and party's other star campaigners were required in Gujarat.
After making BJP sweep the mayoral elections, winning 14 out of 16 seats in the state, not only CM but state president too has proved his appeal with the voters.
Pandey reached Ahmedabad on Tuesday. He would start his two-day campaign trail from Surat on Wednesday. For next two days, on December 6 and December 7, he will campaign for BJP candidates in different cities of Gujarat.
