Unnao rape survivor's uncle faces trial on forgery charge

police filed a chargesheet against the

Unnao rape

survivor's uncle on charges of forgery for making changes to court judgment by using whitener. The case was lodged in March.


Kotwali senior sub-inspector, C B Singh, told TOI, "A case was registered against rape survivor's uncle submitted a copy of a 2002 court judgment, which mentioned another name instead of his name as accused. Whitener had been used to alter the judgment."
