Two vehicle-lifters arrested

LUCKNOW: Two vehicle-lifters were arrested here on Thursday and two stolen motorcycles were recovered from them. The two were nabbed from Hussainganj police circle and identified themselves as Yogendra Yadav of Thakurganj and Vivek Pathak of Madiaon.
However, another member of their gang, Akhilesh Yadav managed to escape. During interrogation, the two accepted their involvement in half-a-dozen vehicle thefts in the city and also told that one of the recovered motorcycle was stolen from Aashiana on January 26 last and another one from Chowk on January 5.
According to the police, investigations were on with regards to any other crimes that the two might be involved in and the hunt to nab the absconding gang member is on.
