Anil objected to the construction work as he said it would pose problems to his school-going children.
The issue took an ugly turn when Anil whipped out a revolver and opened fire at Vishal. Though Vishal escaped unhurt in the firing, the bullet hit his pet Max who died on the spot.
Sultanpur SP Vipin Mishra said that Anil and Jang Bahadur were arrested from Kotwali Dehat police station area under charges of attempt to murder, provoking breach of peace and voluntarily causing injuries.
