Trader robbed of Rs 98,000 at gunpoint in Kanpur

KANPUR: A trader was on Thursday robbed at gunpoint of Rs 98,000 cash while on way to deposit the money in the bank, police said.Surjeet Kumar Gulata, a salt trader was carrying the money to deposit it in the bank when three scooter-borne miscreants stopped him near a crossing and snatched his bag, police said, adding, no arrests have been made in this connection.
