Tractor overturns, kills one

Lucknow: One person died while eight others were critically injured when their tractor-trolley overturned in Bakshi Ka Talab police station on Thursday.
Police said the deceased has been identified as Anita, a woman in her 30s.
"Passersby informed us and we rushed to the spot. We admitted the injured to hospital but Anita succumbed to her injuries," said Bakshi Ka Talab SO Vijay Yadav.He also said that all the injured are at a nearby private hospital.
Sumitra, a survivor, said, "We were going from our village in Hardompur to visit Chandrika Devi temple on the occasion of Navaratra when a left side tyre of our tractor-trolley burst. As a result, the tractor-trolley overturned," she said.
