'Thakurganj nurse committed suicide'

LUCKNOW: The 30-year-old staff nurse who was found dead at her residence late Sunday had committed suicide. A panel of seven doctors conducted postmortem examination at King George Medical University's morgue on Tuesday and stated the girl died by hanging.
Police said the tenant accused of murdering her escaped after discovering her body in the kitchen.The nurse's mother had alleged on Monday that a tenant Shivakant Shukla who wanted to buy the house had killed her daughter with the help of two others.
The nurse's body was found lying on the floor in the kitchen and police suspect the accused had taken it off the ceiling from which she hung. She had been living with her mother at Daulatganj locality in Thakurganj after strained relations with her husband. A panel of seven doctors including a female and forensic expert conducted the autopsy and ruled out any foul play in the incident. The accused's mother discovered the body around 10.30pm on Sunday.
