Azam is in jail since February 2020 in connection with over a 100 FIRs lodged against him for cases like land grabbing and fraud after the BJP government came to power in 2017.
This is the first time that Shivpal, who is known for his loyalty towards SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav, has trained his guns at his elder brother and questioned his silence over Azam Khan.
