School founder held for raping student near Lucknow

LUCKNOW: A teacher of private school was arrested and sent to jail on Saturday for sexually assaulting a female student by Nigohan police. Om Prakash Yadav stayed in a village that is located off Lucknow -- Raibareli highway, almost 40km away from the city centre.
Founder of a private local school, Om Prakash used to stay near the compound and so did the girl student.On the intervening night of Thursday and Friday, Om Prakash saw the 15-year-old girl sleeping alone on the terrace.
He gagged her mouth and assaulted her. When the girl tried to resist his move, he started bashing her up. Neighbours sensed something amiss and raised an alarm. Om Prakash managed to escape. He was trapped later by police and a case was registered against him.
