School boy goes missing

LUCKNOW: A 14-year-old boy, who was last seen leaving his home for school, went missing on Thursday. As per police, the boy was identified as Abhishek Shukla and lived with his parents and sister in a house in Vibhav Khand III in Gomtinagar.
A student of class VIII, Abhishek studied at a private school in Vikrant Khand. Abhishek's father Ram Narayan Shukla, who is a contractual employee in the forest department, lodged an FIR at Vibhuti Khand police station on Friday.The police team found out that Abhishek was still within city limits and are trying to trace his location.
"We looked at the electronic surveillance footage. Abhishek is safe and will be soon reunited with his family," said SHO of Vibhuti Khand police station, Kunwar Pratap Singh.
