LUCKNOW: An assistant teacher of a government school registered a case of fraud to the tune of Rs 50 lakh and criminal breach of trust against the owners/office-bearers of a real estate company in Gomtinagar.
In his complaint, Nirankar Singh of Gorakhpur, said he and his acquaintances gave huge amounts to a real estate firm,

He said his wife Bindu Singh deposited over Rs 25 lakh and their acquaintances Nirmala Gupta (Rs 5 lakh), Neha Mani Tripathi (Rs 7 lakh), Surendra Nath Vishwakarma (Rs 4 lakh), Radhika Devi (Rs 2 lakh), Neelam Devi (Rs 2 lakh) and
Manju Rai (Rs 3 lakh) invested for plots. He said the company’s

and other staff members took money from them and gave fake documents to them. Later, they refused to register land in their names.
