Rajbhar names candidates for Mainpuri and Khatauli seats

Lucknow: National president of Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party (SBSP) OP Rajbhar on Wednesday declared candidates for by-polls for Mainpuri parliamentary seat and Khatauli assembly seat in Muzaffarnagar. Ramakant Kashyap will be the SBSP candidate from Mainpuri and Ramesh Prajapati from Khatauli.
The by-polls for both the seats will be held on December 5. Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat fell vacant after the death of SP leader Mulayam Singh Yadav in October while it was the conviction of BJP MLA from Khatauli Vikram Singh Saini in 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots case that necessitated a by-poll on the seat.TNN
