Lucknow: 'Power scenario dismal in UP': Union energy minister Piyush Goyal on Monday blamed the UP government for poor power scenario in the state.

Electricity was present in abundance with the Centre but it has to be purchased by the UP government, said Goyal, while meeting party workers and traders at BJP's UP headquarters in Lucknow. tnn
