Plea against X-ray staff list nixed

Lucknow: The high court on Tuesday dismissed a plea challenging the select list of X-ray technicians prepared in 2016 during Akhilesh Yadav regime.
The court said that the petitioners had participated in the selection process and did not raise any voice at that time and hence they cannot question the list after being declared unsuccessful.
A bench of Justice Rajnish Kumar passed the order on the petition moved by Ashish Pandey and others in 2016.The petitioners had challenged the select list of May 17, 2017 and it was alleged that the rules were not followed in its preparation
