Lucknow: Pankaj Kumar and Mamta Pal of Uttar Pradesh Police emerged winners in the men's and women's categories respectively of the 59th UP State Cross Country Championship held at La Martiniere College ground on Sunday. Pankaj clocked 31:13, while Mamta completed the 10-km run in 35:28.
