Nat’l Jr girls handball meet from Mar 26

Lucknow: The 47th National Junior Girls Handball Championship will be organized at the KD Singh Babu Stadium here from Mar 26 to Mar 30.
The championship will be organised to commemorate the 50th foundation day of the Uttar Pradesh Handball Association. An organising committee has been formed for the smooth conduct of the event.
Lucknow East MLA OP Srivastava has been made chairman of the organizing committee, while Sudhir Garg, retired IAS officer and Dr Sudhir MB Bobde, senior IAS officer, have been made its patrons. Uttar Pradesh Handball Association general secretary Anandeshwar Pandey will be the organising secretary and Vinay Kumar Singh its treasurer.
