LUCKNOW: The National Alliance of People’s Movement which took out a 26-day march from Chitrakoot to Ayodhya, has decided to intensify its agitation against the Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders and other protagonists of the temple movement.

LUCKNOW: The National Alliance of People’s Movement which took out a 26-day march from Chitrakoot to Ayodhya, has decided to intensify its agitation against the Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders and other protagonists of the temple movement.
At a meeting of Sarva Dharma Samiti at Ayodhya on June 25, several members of the Babri Masjid Action Committee including Mohd Yunus, Khaliq Ahmad, Hasim Ansari and saints including Gyan Das of Sagaria Patti, Dharam Das, Hariyachrya and others took a vow not to allow the VHP leaders to exploit the situation for their political ends anymore.

Talking to newsmen on Saturday, convenor of the National Alliance of People’s Movement Sandeep said that since the VHP had started the movement for Ram temple, communal incidents had gone up all over the country.
He said that the protagonists of the temple movement were asking the government to acquire land around the temple complex for making Ayodhya a city on the pattern of the Vatican. From this centre,he said, the VHP and its allies would work for the propagation of Hinduism.
