MLA seeks finanacial aid for kin of 2 deceased journos

Lucknow: BJP MLA Rajeshwar Singh has requested chief minister Yogi Adityanath to provide financial assistance and employment to the families of two Lucknow journalists who passed away recently. In a letter, Singh sought an aid of Rs 5 lakh and a govt job for one family member each of the deceased journalists.
He said senior journalist Vidhi Singh, who died following a cardiac arrest on Feb 21, is survived by wife Rohini and a young daughter. Singh also referred to Mohammad Irfan, who passed away on Feb 23 due to a brain haemorrhage. Irfan is survived by wife Noori Begum and two minor sons. TNN
