Minister gets reprieve in assault case

Lucknow: ACJM of the special MP MLA court Ambrish Kumar Srivastava on Tuesday acquitted minister Mohsin Raza and his associate Akbar Hussain in connection with a 32-year-old case. One Lallan had lodged an instant case against Razan May 19, 1989. It was alleged that the informant was driving a truck when both the accused took him out from the truck and assaulted him.TNN
