Man found hanging in SP office

was found hanging in the Samajwadi Party office in Hamirpur on Monday morning under mysterious circumstances. The victim's family alleged that he was murdered.


As per police reports, the deceased was identified as 35-year-old Shiv Singh Yadav. Yadav used to live on the premises of

SP

office. Police officials said that Shiv's brother Surendra Singh alleged that he was murdered by a couple who stays near the SP office in Hamirpur at the behest of a local SP leader.

Police said Shiv's postmortem would be done by a panel of three doctors. Police have lodged an FIR against two persons on Surendra's complaint.

Circle officer Sadar Omkar Yadav said they will wait for the postmortem report for further action.
