Lucknow Metro to run till 7pm on Diwali

LUCKNOW: On Diwali, which falls on October 24, Metro services in the city will remain operational between 6am and 7pm only, said officials of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.

A special Diwali carnival will be held rom October 18 to 23. Exhibition stalls of various vendors have been put up. The stalls showcase products like home made chocolates, handicrafts, pickles, bakery items, honey, dry fruits, agriculture related products, among others.
