Lucknow Metro observes national safety week

LUCKNOW: With national safety week beginning on Saturday, Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) sensitised its team and contractors about Metro safety. Lucknow Metro will be observing safety week from March 4 to 10 to create awareness about safety and sense of responsibility among team members.The event began at LMRC’s administrative block with pledge ceremony and distribution of safety badges to LMRC officials. LMRC MD Kumar Keshav said safety was top priority for all staff and an awareness programme would be conducted for employees and contractors on various days. LMRC will also conduct quiz competitions to create awareness.
