Lko NCC group commander Brig Ravi Kapoor retires from service

This is about Brigadier Ravi Kapoor, who retired from the Indian Army on Tuesday after 34 years of service. A farewell ceremony was organized at the NCC Group Headquarters, and Kapoor was done by towing the Jeep with flower showers and raising slogans. Kapoor was commissioned from the Indian Military Academy Dehradun and got his early education from the Birla Vidya Mandir in Nainital. He did his BTech in Civil Engineering from the BITS Pilani and his MPH from DAVV Indore during his 18 months tenure at the NCC. He encouraged and guided all the 10 battalions of the Lucknow Group, having 20000 NCC Cadets. Kapoor has conducted about 40 NCC camps for the battalions.

Lucknow: Brigadier Ravi Kapoor, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters, Lucknow retired on Tuesday after over 34 years of military service.
On this occasion, a grand farewell ceremony was organised at NCC Group Headquarters. According to the tradition of Indian Army, his farewell was done by towing the jeep with flower showers and raising slogans.
Kapoor was commissioned from the Indian Military Academy Dehradun and got his early education from Birla Vidya Mandir Nainital.
