LDA’s 3 luxury housing projects to take off soon
Lucknow: The construction of three luxury housing projects planned by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is expected to begin soon with officials indicating that work orders will be issued within a month.
Around 1,060 flats are planned under the three schemes, with prices ranging from about Rs 70 lakh to Rs 2.80 crore. While allotment for a project has already been completed through a lottery, registration is still open for the remaining schemes.
At Aishbagh on Mill Road, LDA plans to build 384 3BHK flats with study rooms in a 27-storey tower. Each unit will have a built-up area of about 1,900 sq ft and is priced at around Rs 1.11 crore. Registration for this project will remain open till April 15.
Under the Narmada Apartment project in Gomti Nagar Extension, 312 3BHK flats and 12 penthouses will be constructed in a 29-storey tower. Flat sizes will range from about 2,100 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft, with prices between Rs 1.40 crore and Rs 2.80 crore. The allotment lottery for this project was conducted in March.
In the Basant Kunj scheme, Park View Apartment will be developed near Rashtra Prerna Sthal. The project will include 364 3BHK flats with servant rooms in a 20-storey building. Prices are expected to range between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 95 lakh, with registration open till April 6.
Apart from these, LDA is also planning a fourth project, Lake View, in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, where about 300 flats are proposed. The detailed project report is in its final stage and construction is expected to start within six months.
