LUCKNOW: Kshitij - the annual techno management festival of IIT Kharagpur -- would be held from January 28-31. Students of IIT Kharagpur were in the city on Friday to invite students to participate in the mega event.
IIT Kharagpur students said Kshitij is the largest techno management symposium in Asia. With each passing year, the fest has shown that the combination of technology and management is the future of development.
Year after year, organisers have made a sincere effort to provide a platform for deserving students from across the country to exhibit their scientific dexterity and managerial acumen via an array of events organised which continue to be the mainstay of the fest, said a press release issued by the students.
Over 40 events in the fields of technology and management, covering diverse fields like coding events, case studies, B-Plan competition, paper presentation contests, mechanical events, industrial design problems, aeromodelling events and robotics etc., will be held in Kshitij. Over 30,000 students from all the country and abroad are expected to take part in the event. Workshops relating both to the technology and managerial fields will also be held.
