Jacob transferred, Vijay Vishwas Pant new div commissioner of Lucknow

Lucknow: In an administrative reshuffle on Tuesday, Vijay Vishwas Pant was appointed as the new divisional commissioner of Lucknow. Pant, who was divisional commissioner of Prayagraj, succeeds Roshan Jacob, who has been appointed commissioner and secretary, food safety and drug administration.Among 16 transfers announced by the govt, Kinjal Singh, who was MD medical education, has been made the new transport commissioner. Anamika Singh has been appointed the new divisional commissioner of Bareilly, while Saumya Agarwal has been shifted from Bareilly to Prayagraj in the role of divisional commissioner.Ranjan Kumar, principal secretary Ayush, food safety and drug administration, will retain charge of only Ayush. Rajesh Kumar-II, who was commissioner food security and drug administration, is the new MD of tourism, while Chaitra V, MD youth welfare, is the new MD of Ayush.Secretary, sports and youth welfare, Suhas LY has been handed the additional charge of DG, youth welfare and provincial guard. Similarly, Aparna U, secretary medical education, will also hold the additional charge of MD of the same department.Sanjay Kumar Khatri, who was additional CEO Noida, is the new CEO incharge of Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority. MD school education, Kanchan Verma, is the new secretary and commissioner, revenue council. She has replaced Manisha Trighatia, who has been appointed secretary, women welfare and child development, and nutrition.Monica Rani, who was special secretary, basic education, is now the MD incharge of school education. Brajesh Narayan Singh, who was transport commissioner, is the new secretary of the general administration department, while B Chandrakala is the new secretary of the department of Forest and Environment, and CEO of the UP Clean Air Management Project Authority.
