How grandparents enrich growing kids

Lucknow: Importance of grandparents in the life of children was highlighted in the play ‘Ujra Hua Mahavidyalaya' staged at UP Sangeet Natak Akademi on Tuesday.
Organised by Anand Anubhuti Welfare Society, the play, written by Braj Bhushan and directed by Soni Singh, shows a woman who feels her in-laws are making her teenage children regressive by narrating folk tales.
She coerces the elderly to leave the house.
After their departure, when her children take to bad habits, she realises her in-laws were imparting values to them through the stories and requests them to come back. Main roles were played by Suresh Srivastava, Mausami Gupta, Poonam Vishwakarma, Ashutosh Prajapati, Akshita Shukla, Yuwang Gupta, Arti Tiwari, Santosh Prajapati, Sanjay Sharma, Omkar Pushkar, Akshat Rishi, Jyoti Gupta and Riti Gupta.
