LUCKNOW: Lucknow will get its share of much awaited high-end trains by December. The highly secure trains, Tejas and Humsafar

Express

, will have CCTV cameras and smoke detection system apart from modern civic amenities like bio-toilets, mineral water fountains and high-tech entertainment units.

The six-day week Tejas train will run between Lucknow and Anand Vihar everyday except Thursday in both directions.

Humsafar Express Weekly

will run between Sealdah and Jammu Tawi via Lucknow. It will depart for Jammu Tawi every Monday morning and for Sealdah on Wednesday night.

The tri-weekly Humsafar Express will run between Gorakhpur and Anand Vihar on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and in the return direction on Wednesday, Friday and Monday. The weekly Antodaya Express will run from

Bandra

to Gorakhpur via Lucknow every Sunday and in the return direction on Tuesday.

Addressing a press meet on Thursday, Northern Railway general manager

AK Puthiya

said a pair of Tejas, two Humsafar trains and one Antodaya train will be introduced in two months.
