High court to hear on Japanese Encephalitis deaths on December 10

LUCKNOW: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has sought details of deaths occurred in eastern Uttar Pradesh due to Japanese Encephalitis.
The matter will come up for hearing on December 10 .
The order came from a bench of Justice Uma Nath Singh and Justice VK Dixit in a PIL.
The PIL had expressed grief over alleged apathy of the state government over delay in purchase of paediatric ventilators.
