allahabad: allahabad high court has issued contempt notice to chief medical officer (cmo), allahabad dr s p ram, asking him to show cause, as to why the proceeding for contempt of court be not initiated against him for not complying with an order, passed by the court on august 29, 2001. justice r k agrawal, passed this order, on a contempt petition, filed by kaushal kishor bhatt, presently posted as junior engineer in the office of the cmo, allahabad.
