Former MLA moves court against police

MUZAFFARNAGAR: Former MLA Manphool Singh has moved a court against four senior police officials alleging framing of false charges against his son in a kidnapping case.
In a criminal complaint filed before the chief judicial magistrate, Singh has alleged that the oficials including additional director general of police (law and order) Vikram Singh had falsely implicated his son Ravi Prakash in a kidnapping case.
Singh has filed a private complaint under various sections of IPC for legal action against the police officials.
The court has fixed December 20 for further hearing in the case.
