KUNDA, Pratapgarh: He may be Kunda ka goonda for the outside world, for people of his constituency, Kunwar Raghuraj Pratap Singh is a raja (king) and bhaiyya (brother) rolled into one. So much so, that some go to the extent of saying Bhaiyya bhagwan hain (he is god).
