Eight UP policemen suspended for doing shirtless dance

SAMBHAL: Eight constables were on Thursday suspended for allegedly doing shirtless dance in an inebriated state in a hotel here, police said.
Eight constables — Vivek Chauhan, Sooraj Tomar, Saurabh Kumar, Sandeep Kumar, Deendayal Singh, Hitesh Chowdhury, Sachin Malik and Hemant Bhati have been suspended, a police spokesman said.
The SP had received a complaint that these constables were involved in sheer act of indiscipline by doing shirtless dance in inebriated state at a hotel here on November 15, he said adding, a probe is on into the matter.
