'Mowgli girl' better, goes back to shelter home

, founder of Balloons, the shelter home where the girl now lives, claimed that even after a two months stay at the Baharaich distrcit hospital, the young girl was not given any de-worming tablet. "A day after she was brought here, Ehsaas had started vomiting and her haemoglobin went as down as 5.8 units against the normal 11.5-13.5 units. We gave her de-worming tablets and worms as big as 3 to 5 inches came out. It should have been the basic step taken by the hospital which they apparently did not," he said.Following consistent diarrhoea, Ehsaas was admitted to RML hospital where she was stabilised and sent home.
