ED raids 12 properties linked to Atiq in Prayagraj, NCR
Lucknow: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday carried out searches at 12 locations spread across Prayagraj, Noida and Delhi which were linked to slain gangster Atiq Ahmed.The Enforcement Directorate is learnt to have come across documents that suggest that as many as 50 shell companies were floated by Atiq’s associates at the gangster’s instance apparently to channelize money earned through criminal acts.
