Did Sudhakar kill Dr BP Singh?

LUCKNOW: The shooter, who sprayed bullets on CMO, family welfare, Dr BP Singh in all likelihood is not Sudhakar Pandey after eye-witnesses account about the description of the shooter did not match with that of Sudhakar.
The theory that both the shooters were same, came to the fore after an unofficial ballistic report confirmed that at least one weapon used in Dr Singh and Dr Arya's murders was the same.It was after this, that the name of Sudhakar Pandey came to the fore, since he had already been claimed by the police to be the main shooter in Dr Arya murder case. Sudhakar, who carries a reward of Rs 50,000 on his head is still absconding.
The investigators also got confirmed that Sudhakar's style of execution did not match with that of the shooter in Dr Singh's murder case. "Sudhakar has never shown any psychopathic tendency," a senior official said and added besides, Sudhakar is not as strong built as the shooter in Dr Singh's case had been described by eye-witnesses.
CMO, Family Welfare Dr BP Singh was shot dead on April 2, while he was on a morning walk in Vishesh Khand locality in Gomtinagar, a few hundred metres away from his residence in Vikrant Khand.
Before, Dr BP Singh, his predecessor Dr Vinod Kumar Arya was also shot dead with five bullets being pumped into his body, while he was on a morning walk in front of Sector 14, Vikasnagar branch of Rani Laxmibai School, a few metres away from his residence.
The police with the arrest of two shooters Ajay Misra and Vijay Dubey on December 12 had claimed to have worked out the case and added that according to the two sharp shooters, Sudhakar Pandey was the main sharp shooter, who was asked by jailed brothers Anshu and Sumit Dixit to kill Dr Arya. The contract of Rs 5 lakh was given by mafia don Abhay Singh, the police said citing the shooters.
However, the theory that shooters in both Dr Arya and Dr Singh case might be same still has not been closed by the investigators.
Strangely, senior police officials though admitted that the sharp shooter in Dr Singh's murder was not Sudhakar, they were tightlipped on whether he was involved in Dr Arya's murder case and added, "Nothing could be said till he is arrested."
