LUCKNOW: The impact of
Cyclone Ockhi was felt in the city too on Tuesday. The sky remained overcast entire day while the wind velocity also increased from 1 metre per second to 2 metre per second. The cloud cover increased the minimum temperatures by four degrees Celsius.
