Court recallsarrest warrantagainst mantri

Lucknow: Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of the special MP MLA court Ambrish Kumar Srivastva on Friday recalled arrest warrant issued against minister Mohsin Raza in connection with 32-year-old case.
The court passed the order directing Raza, who was present before it, to furnish personal bond of Rs 20,000.
Raza appeared before the court and pleaded that he could not come to court on Thursday because of his ailment.The court on Thursday had found that the case was listed for recording of defense evidence, but Raza was not present in the court and instead his lawyer moved an application for exemption from his appearance.
