LUCKNOW: Chief judicial magistrate Bal Mukund on Monday ordered registration of FIR against sub registrar Rakesh Shukla and his subordinates in a case of forgery of sale deed records.Sujit Kumar Mishra had filed an application under section 156 (3), CrPC alleging that he had purchased khasra number 1116 situated in Madeyganj ward on February 26, 2007.
When Mishra started construction work at the plot, the seller, Kamta told him that he had sold him khasra number 1126.
When Mishra inquired from the registrar's office, he came to know that the documents were meticulously forged by the officials replacing khasra number 1116 by 1126.Memorandum: The lawyers of Lucknow Bar Association (LBA) on Monday submitted a memorandum to the Advocate General Jyotindra Mishra. In it the lawyers demanded action against home secretary's remark that lawyers do not have adequate merit to represent cases in Sessions court.
